Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured. If any damage occurs, our insurance will cover it. However, our staff is trained to be very careful. If you would like, we can send a copy of our certified validation.

Do I need to be home when the cleaners arrive?

Some of our clients are not home and they give us a spare key to keep in our office. Others that are not home give us the garage code. However, some clients stay home. For those, you can have the peace of mind that the cleaners will work quietly and efficiently without disturbing you.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?

It is your choice. Many clients have a preference about what cleaning supplies they want us to use in their house. For that reason we prefer that our clients provide the cleaning supplies. But for a minimal extra charge we will provide our own cleaning products.

Can you use a specific product in my house upon request?

Yes, definitely. Many of our customers ask us to use a specific cleaning supply for certain materials.

Can I reschedule a cleaning visit?

We are flexible, if a scheduled cleaning visit can be re -schedule as long as it doesn’t become routine. However, we ask that you give us at least a 72 hour notice to adjust our schedule.

What are your rates for cleaning services?

Our rates vary depending on the size and condition of a home. We will give you and estimate for free. We will visit you and inspect your house or office and then create a personalized free quote.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my cleaning?

Customers find it convenient to leave either cash or a check at a designated area, we also accept online payments using Paypal (it covers all the credit cards, debit and e-checks).
